  • Leanne Mizzioni

    BALLET MISTRESS
    BALLET, POINTE

    Leanne started at the Metropolitan Ballet School, later studying at Virginia Ballet and attending summer programs at the Joffery Ballet and Virginia School of the Arts. She continued her training at the University of Hartford’s Hartt School, graduating cum laude with a BFA in Dance Pedagogy. Leanne performed with the American Ballet Theatre in The Nutcracker and Romeo and Juliet and was Assistant Director of the children’s division in Kirk Peterson’s Nutcracker. She was a Manassas Ballet Theatre company dancer for four years and a founding dancer of Ballet Fantastique in Eugene, OR.

  • Caitlin Murray

    DIRECTOR OF TAP AND JAZZ ENSEMBLE
    JAZZ, TAP

    Caitlin trained at the Center for Ballet Arts and was a member of the Ballet Arts Ensemble from 2013 to 2018. While attending George Mason University and after, she danced professionally with the Dancin’ Unlimited Jazz Dance Company for six years. She continues to perform as a member of the Motion X Dance Company and Kaleid Dance Company. Caitlin is an NGCP Certified Teacher of Giordano Jazz Technique at the Basic, Beginning, and Intermediate Levels. Outside teaching, Caitlin manages client engagement and marketing for Dancing with Markers and MeetingMakers.

  • Karli Walker

    BALLET, POINTE

    Karli is from Chantilly, VA, where she trained at CBA under the direction of Benn and Debra Savage, and at the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts young artist program. Her studies continued at the University of North Carolina School of the Arts, Joffrey Ballet, American Ballet Theatre, and Dance Theatre of Harlem and graduated from Point Park University. In Chicago, Karli performed with Inaside Chicago Dance, Thodos Dance Chicago, and Still Inspired. She is a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and American Council on Exercise.

  • Dustin Kimball

    DIRECTOR
    BALLET, MODERN, CONDITIONING

    Dustin began his dance studies in Maine, followed by two years of training at CBA. While at CBA, he was awarded, both, the Bruce Wurl and Ron Benson Scholarships and performed with the BAE. For three years, he studied on full scholarship at the Rock School for Dance Education. Mr. Kimball danced professionally with Bowen-McCauley Dance Company for more than a decade. Dustin now serves as the Director of the Ballet Arts Ensemble of Fairfax and The Center for Ballet Arts.

  • Annah Gibson

    DIRECTOR OF CHILDREN’S PROGRAM
    BALLET, TAP, JAZZ, MODERN

    Annah began at CBA as a Kinderballet student in Mr. Benn’s class. She studied dance extensively and performed with the BAE for many years. Miss Annah began assisting with children’s classes at age twelve and has evolved into a gifted children’s teacher. Mrs. Gibson received an Associate Degree in Liberal Arts with a certification in Early Childhood Development and is a Special Education Paraprofessional in Fairfax County School System.

  • Nina Rauch Holton

    BALLET, POINTE

    Nina trained at the Central Pennsylvania Youth Ballet, North Carolina School of the Arts, and the Joffrey Ballet School in NYC. She was an apprentice at the Ballet Theater of Annapolis (now the Ballet Theater of Maryland) while in high school and continued her dance studies at the University of Utah with a BFA in ballet performance and dance education. Nina performed with Orlando Ballet, Ballet Theater International in St. Petersburg, FL, and the Sarasota Ballet. She earned a Master’s Degree in Special Education from the College of Charleston and is a Special Education Teacher with Fairfax County Public Schools.

  • Jordan Antoine

    MODERN, JAZZ

    Jordan is from Chesapeake, VA and a proud alumnus of the Governor’s School for the Arts in Norfolk, VA. She performed with Virginia Ballet Theatre Ensemble, Todd Rosenlieb Dance Ensemble, and Richmond Ballet’s Annual Nutcracker, and attended summer intensives with Dance Theatre of Harlem, Ballet of Virginia, Joffrey Ballet, and Alvin Ailey School. Jordan attends George Mason University as a double major in dance and kinesiology. She has taught at Gail Harts Performing Arts Academy and Copeland Queen School of Arts and choreographed for showcases in Florida and New York City.

  • Coralynn Schiefelbein

    BALLET, POINTE, JAZZ

    Coralynn is an accomplished dancer, copyrighted choreographer, and compassionate dance educator. Coralynn trained and performed with the Asheville Ballet and studied at the Joffrey Midwest under John Magnus and Creighton University under invitation by director Lisa Carter. She has also trained with Raquelle Davis, Dres Reid, and Alex Wong. In the DMV, Coralynn has performed with the Manassas Ballet Theatre, Dissonance Dance Theatre, Dancin’ Unlimited Jazz Dance Company, and Fairfax Ballet Company.

  • Stephanie McGrew

    MODERN

    Stephanie danced at CBA from 1996-2009. She briefly danced with Dancin’ Unlimited Jazz Dance company in 2015. Stephanie began teaching modern at CBA in 2020. She earned her Ed.S. degree in School Psychology at James Madison University and is a school psychologist with Arlington Public Schools.
